We offer free navigation services for ACC clients to help you understand your ACC entitlements and support you on your ACC journey. We understand that our people can become lost within the ACC system with its complex policies and processes and are not getting the help and support they need.
This service aims to create a more equitable ACC for Māori in supporting injured and disabled people to have more control over their lives. We are locally owned and operated and completely independent from ACC so, you can rest assured that our advice is honest and fair.
Our navigator has first-hand experience within ACC and its wider systems and is a skilled communicator effective at finding ways to help our people.
