Course Description:

This qualification is for people who want to:

• develop some understanding of nga tikanga a rongoā Māori
• gain knowledge and skills to support and participate in the practice of tikanga me rongoā Māori, under supervision
• be able to apply knowledge fundamental to rongoā Māori practices

NOTE: This is an entry level qualification designed for people who intend to further their studies in nga tikanga a rongoā Māori. It is not associated with professional registration and does not imply a tohunga of practice.
